How does the 30-day trial work?

Choose Start 30 days free in Six. Apple confirms it as a free purchase, and all of Six is available for 30 consecutive days from that original purchase. Days when you do not open Six still count.

There is no subscription and no automatic charge at the end. If you want to keep logging new sets after the trial, choose the separate Lifetime purchase at the price shown in the app. Reinstalling or restoring the trial does not start another 30 days.

Can I still see and fix my workouts after the trial?

Yes. Your saved history stays available to view, edit and remove, including Undo for a removed set. After the trial ends, only new logging requires Lifetime. You can choose View my history on the access screen to return to your saved entries.

How do I restore a purchase?
  1. Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account used for the original Six purchase.
  2. In Six, tap the flame to open You, then open Six Lifetime. You can also restore directly from the access screen.
  3. Choose Restore purchase and complete any Apple authentication prompt.

Restore may need an internet connection. It recovers eligible Apple purchase access, not deleted workouts. Restoring a trial keeps its original start date. If access is still missing, see Apple's purchase restoration guidance or email us.

Is my workout history backed up or synced?

Six stores workouts locally on your device. It has no Six account, cloud sync, in-app backup or workout export. Restoring Lifetime does not restore workouts. Device-level backup and restore are separate iOS features controlled by your device settings.

How do I edit a set or delete my data?

Tap a filled six-pack segment on Today or a past day to revise that set's exercise, reps or weight. Choose Save changes, Cancel, or the trash button. A removed set briefly offers Undo. If the day has more than six sets, open the +N badge to find the extra entries.

To remove all local Six data, delete the app. This removes its local workout history; we cannot retrieve it from a Six server. It does not delete Apple's purchase records or restart the trial.

Can I use Six offline?

Logging can work offline during an active trial or after Lifetime when Apple's verified purchase information is already available on your device. Starting the trial, making a new purchase or restoring access may require a connection. If the App Store cannot load a price, Six will let you retry rather than invent one.

Why am I not getting reminders?

Tap the bell on You to turn reminders on and choose a time. Check that Six notifications are allowed in iOS Settings, and consider whether Focus or notification settings are silencing them. Six only schedules a reminder for a day whose six is unfinished and while logging access is active. Open Six to refresh upcoming local reminders.

How do I change sound effects or Photos permission?

The speaker button on You toggles sound effects; they also respect the device's silent setting. Saving a progress card requests add-only Photos access. You can change Photos permission in iOS Settings. Six does not browse your existing photos.

What if a purchase is pending, cancelled or needs a refund?

A pending purchase does not unlock Lifetime until Apple approves and verifies it. A cancelled purchase does not grant new access. If you need help with an Apple-billed charge, follow Apple's refund request instructions. Eligibility is determined under Apple's terms and applicable consumer protections.

Purchases made while testing through TestFlight use Apple's sandbox and do not charge real money.
